Hard Rock Amusement Park, Myrtle Beach

We went to Myrtle Beach, SC last week.  My first time there.  The hubs went ages ago - 25 years or something like that.

We had a ball.  One of the coolest things was the Hard Rock Amusement Park that just opened in June of this year.  What a fun place.  I'm sure you've heard of the Hard Rock Cafe?  This amusement park is affiliated with that business.

Not just rides, but tons of shows too.  I'm not really a "ride" kind of person.  Never have been.  But I've always loved walking around amusement parks taking in all the sights and sounds, and taking loads of photos.

I'll leave you with this one.  It's part of a giant mural painted on a ceiling.  Can you guess get which real life masterpiece it was copied from (hint - it's located in Rome)??

Have tons more photos to post this week. :)

Did Michelangelo paint the Hard Rock ceiling, too? Great photo...I love hearing about your vacation!

My guess is God Creates Adam by Michelangelo. :o)
